I'm hoping a team member or someone that has used a groupon could chime in and help me out. They have been bought and paid for but just being used by a different person. I am just basically looking for a way to be able to pick up the tickets with no issue. An administrator changes a team member ’s password to her own and uses it to access his Deputy account, in which he is a manager at another business, and has access. Is anyone able to confirm that this is the case?Īlso-will the tickets print out from the kiosk with names on them or can I assign the tickets a name once I pick them up. A manager changes a team member’s mobile number to his own, and accesses her Kiosk PIN (which she unwisely set to be same as her ATM PIN) and uses it to access her bank account. My friend has no issue giving me prepaid debit card with her name on it that is linked to her bank account so I can pickup the tickets. Universal and Groupon will not help at all and cannot change the name on the voucher on their end.Ī rep has told me that as long as a I have a card to slide with the name of the person that the tickets are under that I will not have an issue picking up the tickets. She has gifted me the tickets-but of course the voucher is in her name. My friend purchased a groupon for the parks but due to circumstances they cannot go anymore. I have a question for a team member who has experience working the Will Call Pickup kiosk or someone who may know the answer to this.
